Skinny Fat Fix ("we", "us") runs live at-home strength workouts for women on a GLP-1, coached by Coach RJ. This page explains what information this website collects and how it is used. Plain language, no tricks.
What we collect
- Information you give us: if you use our "Say hello" form, we receive your name, your email address, and which GLP-1 you selected. Membership sign-ups happen on Skool (skool.com), which has its own privacy policy.
- Usage and device data: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools that record pages visited, buttons clicked, and general device/browser information.
Tools we use
- Meta Pixel (Facebook): helps us understand which ads and pages lead people to join, and to show relevant ads. Meta may use this data under its own policies.
- Microsoft Clarity: records anonymous usage patterns (heatmaps and session recordings) so we can see where the website is confusing and fix it. Clarity masks text you type into forms.
- Amazon Associates: some links to workout gear are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Amazon may use cookies to credit the purchase; we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
How we use your information
- To reply to you when you say hello, and to run the membership and workouts.
- To improve this website and our advertising.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
